Andrew & Lauren :: Wedding, Teak Place
Andrew and Lauren tied the knot on 12 March 2011 at Teak Place, a beautiful venue in the Muldersdrift area. The venue is aimed at mountain biking enthusiasts but they also cater for weddings and other functions and they offer accommodation options and other activities as well like tennis & volleyball courts, a swimming pool and a restaurant.
I was pleasantly surprised and very happy when Patrick Furter, a close friend and fellow photographer with more than 18 years of experience in the wedding photography industry, asked me to join him for the day to assist – not that he needs assisting, as he’s quite capable of handling an entire wedding on his own! He was booked by the couple as the wedding photographer for the day and he thought it would be a good opportunity for me to gain some extra experience while having some shooting fun together…which we sure did!
Thanks Patrick for allowing me to tag along and to Andrew and Lauren for being such an amazing couple and for allowing me to attend your special day, you guys looked stunning and we hope your life together in the Okavango will be truly blessed!
